All individuals dealing in any manner with any karate member / trainer / instructor / branch / centre not authorised by the chief instructor Mr. Sachin Chavan of “Karatenomichi World Federation India (KWF India)” & that of ” Karatenomichi World Federation Japan Karate Academy (KWFJKA)”, shall do it at his / her own responsibility, consequences and costs, and the Karatenomichi World Federation Japan Karate Academy (KWFJKA) & Karatenomichi World Federation India (KWF India) shall be in no way responsible for any mishaps, loss or damage caused and exonerates itself of any responsibilities in such a case.
Any karate certifications issued in the name of Karatenomichi World Federation Japan Karate Academy (KWFJKA) and / or Karatenomichi World Federation India (KWF India) by any unauthorized karate member / trainer / instructor / branch / centre shall be treated as unauthentic, fake and illegal.

Karatenomichi World Federation Japan Karate Academy (KWFJKA) & Karatenomichi World Federation India (KWF India) each are proprietary trademarks belonging to its chief instructor Mr. Sachin Chavan and any unauthorized and illegal use of the same by any person / institute / training centre, shall be treated as violation of legal rights under trade mark act 1999, and therefore requisite legal action will be initiated against such person / institute / training centre under civil as well as criminal laws in the appropriate court of law.
